Our Strength and Body Sculpting Small Group Class is a 55-minute class designed to focus on building lean muscle and strength on top of decreasing body fat.   Our coaches use the barbell, free weights and body resistance to teach the appropriate techniques and proper form of strength training.  Feel the attention of a coach and the support of a community.  Our small group members become friends who support each other and work hard together towards their goals.  They hold each other accountable to weekly sessions and celebrate progress together.

If you want to challenge yourself in a new way, build more muscle, burn more fat, and improve your strength, this is the class for you!

All of our new members receive a One-on-One Personal On-Boarding session designed to prepare you for our Small Group Training. This session will enable our coaches to perform a performance assessment, discuss your health and fitness goals and needs, prepare you for the Group Training workouts, and allow you to get an overall feel for the setup and team. We will ensure that your transition into our small group fitness classes is a pleasant and rewarding experience.
